Happiest Place on Earth

After spending most of the week in the sand and waves, we headed north a little earlier than planned to make a stop. Disney World!

We arrived on Thursday night, so we headed on over to Downtown Disney so the girls could get a glimpse of what the following day would hold. Characters and fun!

(Legoland, where every lego was sorted by size, shape, and color. A dream to Ella and her daddy, although his childhood set still resembles this wall on a smaller scale.)

We grabbed dinner at a fun restaurant. Complete with dinosaur roars, meteor showers, and entertained children.

The next morning, we woke up bright and early to make a day of it at:

This was the girls' first reaction to seeing the castle. Seriously....I'm not kidding. One bit.

Guess what else? This day was extra special to our little gal as we celebrated her third birthday in an awesome way! This button may as well have been magic. Everyone, from the characters to the ride operators to the custodial staff, piped up when they saw her, "Happy Birthday, Ella!" She grinned from ear to ear nearly all day.

We rode tons of rides and saw lots of characters. I think the characters were the girls' favorite part, but the rides were loads of fun too!

You just can't go to Disney World without a Mickey Mouse ice cream!

But you can take so many pictures that you have to split your blog posts into two different ones.
