Snow White and Swimming: A 5th Birthday Party

As always, Ella was very specific about her birthday party. She came up with the idea all on her own, and did much of the planning. She wanted a Snow White swimming party. And, well, we don't have a pool, but don't worry, Ella had no problem asking her dear ole' Aunt Kora if we could swim at her house (without my permission, mind you). Often times, what a birthday girl wants, a birthday girl gets. So not only did we swim at her Snow White party, we had just about every little craft or idea Ella saw and liked on my Pinterest board. Before I share pictures, I have to say a HUGE thank you to Aunt Kora and Uncle J for opening their home for us, Meme for assisting in or making every single detail (outfits, crafts, goody bags, cakes, you name it), and my dear Felicia for being my resident photographer.

Girls decorated mirrors to go in their Snow White bags with a headband and ring pop. The boys decorated dwarf beards with cotton balls to go in their mining bags with their dwarf hats, whistles, and bag of gold bubble gum.

Birthday girl with Daddy,

And her little sis. Just before she broke her mirror. Bad luck until she's eight?!?

Best friend.

Gigi and Poppy gave Ella these framed prints of Ella with the princesses at Disney World. We both love them!

Swimming time!

It was a fun afternoon. Thank you to all who love on our Ella!
