Being home was great for all of us. Daddy was an absolute lifesaver because I wasn't feeling up to par until many days later because of the c-section. He did everything from laundry to entertaining Ella. While at home we slept, ate delicious meals that were prepared for us for TWO WEEKS (thank you to everyone who provided something), and visited with friends and family. Ella played and even practiced some skills for preschool. You slept. I have never in my entire life seen or heard of a baby that slept as much as you did. But we just loved it.
