Our friends, Ben and Brooke, welcomed their second baby into the world. It wasn't quite the long wait we had with Big Sis, but she was sure to keep us entertained. Seriously, Mama's water broke in a classroom of first graders. No kidding. She downplays the whole scenario and says it wasn't a gush and no big deal.
But still: Teacher's. Worst. Nightmare.
They somehow have the willpower to wait until the baby is born to find out the gender, so we were all on pins and needles waiting to hear from the OR.
Except for me. Because I knew it was a girl.
And boy oh boy was I wrong!
He had a crowd of people anxious to meet him, including more girls than you can imagine.
