Daddy Daughter Date Night

I swear I'm losing it. I know I took pictures with my camera and now I can't find them. I do have my horrible phone pictures (minus the complimentary picture from Truett's) that will have to do, because I certainly don't want to forget this memory!

Ella and her Daddy squeezed another special time in recently, just the two of them. They got all fancied up for Chick-fil-A's Daddy Daughter Date Night. Ella was excited about her fancy dress, questioned what Earl was wearing ("Daddy, what's that you're wearing?" "Oh a tie? I never seen one of those before."), and came home chatting away about the fun she had and goodies she got. Daddy had a good time as well, and the thought of moments like this with my Dad many years ago, just makes my heart melt for the two of them.
