So, I've been catching a little flack about not covering this pregnancy on my blog (I won't name names, Mrs. IhaventbloggedsinceSeptember). Hey, I didn't even have a blog with Ella's pregnancy or first year of life...I'm already ahead of the game for this baby! Once a week is a little too lofty of a goal at this point, but since I took once a month photos with Ella's pregnancy, I figured I could do the same the second time around. And I started my pictures at 4 months during pregnancy one, so I've backdated to 5 months for this pregnancy (click on "5 months" link to see). It's the best I can do because I don't have pictures any further back. I've taken the format from another blog I read so hopefully you'll find the next few months a little more informed!
Pregnancy Highlights:
How Far Along: 24 Weeks
Size of baby: Emily is the size of an ear of corn
Total Weight Gain/Loss: Lost 1 lb (I'm still holding on tight to my negative number!)
Maternity Clothes: Umm, maternity please! Some regular things.

Gender: It's a girl! Emily will be her first name...we're still working on that middle name!
Movement: She definitely a mover. Now movements are daily (and oh so neat). Her favorite time to exercise? Every night as I lay down to go to sleep...
Sleep: Sleeping ok. Discomfort has definitely hit me sooner than I expected with this pregnancy.
What I miss: Diet Coke
Cravings: Sushi and LOTS of water (ice cold, please)
Symptoms: I've been having some pretty major pressure. I don't wanna waddle just yet!
Best Moment this month: Deciding on a name has definitely made things seem more real. My favorite moment this month was when I was cooking dinner one night and Ella drew a picture of "My baby sister, Emily. She's gonna be so pretty, Mom."
In other news, I bought the girls their first coordinating outfits (Matilda Jane ;)) this month and I'm pretty sure I have Emily's bedding picked out for her room. I just love it now that Ella talks about her baby sister, calls her by name, and has even given my tummy an unsolicited kiss. Planning is definitely in the preliminary stages. I've got lots of ideas rolling around in this head of mine, but nothing has really been done! At my four week checkup this week I found out that next month's appointment will begin my every other week appointments, so I better get going. Things are moving along quickly whether I'm ready or not!

You look great! BTW, I craved the same thing w/ this last pregnancy...LOTS & LOTS of water & it had to be very cold (TONS of ice)! :)
You'll love me later for all the nagging! I promise! Especially when sweet Emily is all grown and you just long to remember the days when you first fell in love with her :) Thanks for the post!
