Well Valentine's Day wasn't the best ever, this year. Instead of hearts and kisses, our house was filled with tissues and Tamiflu. I had the flu (only for both Earl and Ella to get later). But that didn't stop Ella from celebrating with her friends at school. Even if I couldn't be there. Thanks to a couple of different moms for these pics:
Don't you just love Ella's Valentine box that she made with Meme? That seemed like a project that Meme would just thrive at (and she did). And Ella was crazy over her "princess with purple hair". Oh great, it's her first year (of many, I'm sure) making a Valentine box, and my mom's already set the bar way higher than I'll ever go....
I sure do love and thank my Valentine for taking such great care of me while I was sick, and for my little sweetie for always showing me love in a way only she can!
