Well, it looks as though we have brought the cold with us. Our warm days last week have been replaced with cold weather, requiring warm clothes and coats (most of which I didn't even pack). Comparatively speaking, our 55 degree days and barely freezing temperature nights are mild compared to the twenties and teens happening on the home front. Ella and I found a favorite spot to play in the warmth (like 85 degrees) of last week, and even though things have cooled off a bit, we still have managed to make our way to the "swides."
Might I add: these temperatures are record breaking lows and the coldest consecutive streak in over a decade. What luck we have.
