When we all awoke at the Shad Shack Saturday morning, we had no power! So, we got up and left the house within a few hours. After lunch, we came home to get ready for a birthday party (more on that to come) and still no power. We left for a few more hours only to come home to an extremely cold, and now dark house. Dad so kindly built us a fire and pulled the chair right in front of it while he assessed the situation and made a plan for the evening. He snapped this picture of us all bundled up under a blanket by the fire.....and then.....The power came back on.
