Beach Bums

I know what you're thinking. These girls cannot possibly be beach bums. And the answer is no, beach bums they are not. This year, however, the moms of these girls were. Like lay on the blanket and read a book for hours (except to take pictures and "eat" the occasional meal created from sand, of course) kind of beach bums. This year was so much different than previous years. This year they played in the sand without assistance and entertained themselves without even, ahem, arguing (because they do indeed fight like sisters). Of course we told them the water was too cold the first day (and it was) but the other days we did supervise that.
