Dinner With Friends

One of the great things about this getaway was that even though Daddy was working, he was able to join us for dinner at night. We also got to meet up with some friends who were also vacating/working. Mr.Ronnie, Ms. Karen, and Ashton met us all at City Place (a quaint little community in West Palm Beach) for dinner and a treat one night. The girls kept asking us with every person that walked by: "Is that Ashton?!? Is that Ashton?!?" But, in true form, they found plenty to do to keep themselves entertained as we waited.

After dinner, Mr. Ronnie had a surpise that the girls just loved (including myself).

They got their very own ice cream cones! "Pink" ice cream cones, to be exact.

These girls ran until they were utterly exhausted. But, because they were being so sweet, us adults just kept talking and talking.
