Our Little "Cook"-ie

One of Ella's new favorite words is "cookie" so when grocery shopping today, I decided that we would make some! Ella was such a natural cook (I'm sure she gets that from me :)) and we had so much fun, I know we'll be cooking again soon!

You can't bake cookies without preheating the oven...

Then you have to strategically place them on the cookie sheet (mom had to do some readjusting or we would've had one big clump of a cookie),

Don't forget to check on them while they're cooking,

Then you have to put them in a container once they've cooled, (mom did all the "hot" work)

Ella got to decorate a cookie of her own- though she mostly ate the decorations...
